About
About Eagle Ridge
Eagle Ridge is a private road community. The Eagle Ridge Land and Homeowner Association is a volunteer organization that maintains the shared road and upholds the covenants and easements recorded with the declaration of 1987.
What the association does
- Maintains and repairs the shared private road.
- Administers the grant of easement and covenants recorded in 1987.
- Hosts an annual meeting and regular board meetings.
- Collects dues to fund association work.
- Keeps residents informed with meeting minutes and notices.
Members and residents
Declarant members are the parcel owners bound by the recorded declaration. They are the voting membership of the association — they elect the board and decide association matters at the annual meeting.
Residents include everyone who lives on Eagle Ridge, whether or not they are a declarant member. Non-declarant residents do not vote, but they are still part of the community and may keep accounts here to stay informed, access notices, and receive documents that affect their household.
Board & officers
The board has six members elected at the annual meeting. Officers — President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer — are elected from within the board. Reach the board at [email protected].
Accounts
One association account per parcel. Each account can hold multiple contacts — for example, a declarant owner and a spouse or co-owner. Account access is set up by association officers; to request an account, see the contact page.
